Hydro-Thermal is excited to introduce a new scholarship program, in partnership with the Waukesha Education Foundation, Inc, to support female high school seniors in Waukesha who are interested in pursuing an Engineering degree at a 4-year university. With a longstanding commitment, Hydro-Thermal has actively collaborated with university and high school students through internships and STEM school tours. Now, we're taking a significant step forward by offering a $2,500 scholarship to encourage and empower young women in engineering.
Why Support Female Students in Engineering:
Recognizing the importance of diversity in driving innovation, Hydro-Thermal is dedicated to actively encouraging and supporting female students. We aim to provide opportunities that enable them to bring their unique perspectives and talents to the field, contributing to advancements and success.
Scholarship Criteria:
This scholarship is open to all female high school seniors from any of the three public high schools in Waukesha. To apply, candidates must submit an essay outlining their goals for the next five years and expressing their passion for engineering. Additionally, applicants are encouraged to share their involvement in community service activities. As a unique element, candidates are asked to choose one of Hydro-Thermal's core values and describe how they could embody that value in their schooling or future career.

Students will be asked to create an account and then complete a short eligibility quiz so they may apply if eligible. The application window closes at 11:59 pm on 3/18/24, and students must graduate from Waukesha North, Waukesha South, or Waukesha West High Schools.
