Buying a new piece of equipment is a major decision. Our staff will answer your questions, so you can be confident in your investment.

Unlike heat exchangers, kettles or spargers, a Hydroheater is engineered specifically for your process conditions and unique application. To start the quote process we need to know about your conditions, such as fluid type, temperature range, steam pressure, and flow rates to size a heater specifically for your application. Providing exact information is critical, as it will drive the design of your system. Inaccurate or incomplete data will delay the quote process.

PURCHASING PROCESS

Once we collect and review your application data we will design the optimal solution for your requirements.

A standard quote usually takes 24 hours to be processed. Complex quotes may take more time to complete, depending on their level of intricacy. Additional consultation may occur to ensure that the best solution is identified.

After your quote is complete, engineering drawings (if necessary) are approved, and we receive your PO, the work on your Hydroheater begins. Orders will not be processed without a PO.

Delivery times vary, based on model type and level of customization. Your representative can tell you the date that your heater or system will be shipped. In urgent cases, expedited delivery times may be possible.
