Hydro-Thermal recently recognized its high-performing team members during a company meeting. Awards were given to acknowledge certain individuals' outstanding work while commending a record-setting year for the company.
The Brand Compass
The All-In program is Hydro-Thermal's employee-to-employee recognition program, in which employees are acknowledged and rewarded throughout the year for embodying the company's core values.
There are five core values that HTC recognizes: "Do unto Others," "Collaborative Ingenuity," "Roll Up Your Sleeves," "Never Stop Growing," and "It's In The Details." This recognition is presented as a poker chip and offers potential rewards at quarterly meetings.
The Brand Compass Award, given annually, recognizes the employee who best embodies our core values and the "Hydro Way." This year, Mike Moran, a member of our Manufacturing team, was our 2022 recipient. Ken Friday, Vice President of Operations, said of Mike, “He has emerged as a highly effective leader at HTC, consistently taking on important roles on various committees and going out of his way to mentor and support his colleagues. He embodies the company's values and is highly respected by all members of the HTC team.
100+ Award
The 100+ Award is presented to sales team members who exceed yearly personal and team goals. Both the Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Representative receive this award, and the following members are our 2022 recipients: Joel Gerstner, Maggie Bergmann, Didier Lacondemine, Henrietta Bogyay, Larry Mueller, Rumela Lyons & Pedro Perez, Dan Jaworski, Dean Wentz, Tommy Schubert, and Maggie Bergmann for our Wizard product line.
President Award
Lastly, the President’s Award is handed out by our President & CEO, Jim Zaiser, to team members who have exceeded personal and team goals. This year, two awards were given out - Matt Schlei (CNC Programmer) and Maggie Bergmann (Customer Success Representative) were our recipients for 2022 – congratulations to all award winners for their hard work and dedication!
