Spancrete in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA, needed help heating raw aggregate prior to entering the mix tank with outside fluctuating temperatures. They needed to: improve consistency of batches, ensure proper curing, improve efficiencies of the current process, and reduce energy costs.

Hydro-Thermal’s EZ Heater model H2015 was installed in Spancrete’s Waukesha production facility to adhere to each of the specifications desired.
