Company Picnic at the Waukesha County Fair
We gathered with our families on Friday, July 19th, to celebrate Hydro-Thermal's 90th anniversary at the Waukesha County Fair. It was the perfect setting to celebrate nearly a century of hard work and dedication.
The picnic honored our past achievements and a toast to our bright future. With the support of our incredible team and our unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, we're excited to see what the next 90 years will bring. Here's to continuing our legacy and making even more cherished memories together!
Celebrating 90 Years with a Splash and a Cause
In addition to the picnic festivities, Hydro-Thermal hosted a Splash Tower charity drive. For a $5 donation, employees received three chances to drenchbrave volunteers: Michelle Palmquist, Ken Friday, Mark Kliewer, Chad Hawkins, Bob Bourdo, and John Plant.The event raised $400, which Hydro-Thermal generously matched, bringing the total to $800.
The funds were donated to two local Waukesha charities. The first, the Hope Center, is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance, food, and clothing in Waukesha County to those who need it. The Hope Center recently moved to a larger facility, enabling it to expand its services. The new location includes office space, a day room, a kitchen, and facilities for showers and laundry, significantly improving support for the community.
The second charity, the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), provides shelter, medical care, and adoption services for needy animals. HAWS ensures every animal receives love and care and promotes responsible pet ownership through community education.
