In 2021 Hydro-Thermal started the "All In" program, an employee-to-employee recognition and reward program that reinforces Hydro-Thermal's core values. It is an opportunity for Hydro-Thermal employees to recognize their fellow team members when they demonstrate our core values to an exemplary degree. Those identified receive poker chips that give them an opportunity for potential rewards at quarterly meetings via raffle prizes.

Throughout the first year of the "All In" program, 27 Hydro-Thermal team members were recognized for demonstrating one of the five core pillars of the program, with 40 total chips being handed out. We wanted to acknowledge one team member who illustrated the "Hydro Way" by awarding them the first Brand Compass Award. Whether an employee earns one poker chip or 10, this award is to help show appreciation for things that may go unnoticed but are integral to Hydro-Thermal's success.
During a recent Hydro-Thermal company meeting, the initial Brand Compass Award was awarded to a member of our Engineering team, Rebecca Van Thiel.
Rebecca was chosen for the 2021 Brand Compass Award as she fully embodied the "Hydro Way." Throughout 2021 Rebecca was nominated three times for her abilities to step in on a moment's notice, even when it wasn't technically her role. She has also taken it upon herself to continue learning and increasing her skills by programming our controls and wiring skids, making her invaluable to Hydro-Thermal.
