Hydro-Thermal Corporation is excited to announce the appointment of Michelle Palmquist as Chief Financial Officer and Sean Fulton to Vice President of Sales.
Palmquist joined the company on an interim basis in May 2019 and became CFO in December.
Prior to joining Hydro-Thermal, Palmquist had major divisional roles at Kellogg’s in Battle Creek, Michigan and GE Healthcare in Waukesha. She worked directly with senior leadership in evaluating the financial performance of major business units and led the charge on a global supply chain financing program at Kellogg’s.
“Michelle brings a wealth of big company experience in finance and accounting,” said CEO Jim Zaiser, “but she also fits into our company’s culture in a way that folks with big company experience often don’t.” Zaiser added that Palmquist will play a key role in helping the company expand over the next five years and beyond.
Palmquist is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and earned her MBA at Keller Graduate School in Chicago.
Fulton joined the company in August of 2018 as Sales Manager overseeing the Food & Beverage industry team, and rose to Director of Sales in May 2019.

Prior to joining Hydro-Thermal, Fulton held numerous positions overseas including Managing Director at Zoomability and Norwegian/West Swedish Country Sales Manager at Estiko Plastar, both located in Sweden.
Fulton is an Illinois native. He received his bachelor’s degree from of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
