With the Hydro-Thermal steam heater, process or utility fluid flows through the 3 way valve and comes in direct contact with the valve steam. Mixing is done at very high velocities. Hydro-Thermal heaters have patented internal designs that precisely regulate the amount of steam mixing in the valve. By regulating the amount of steam, set-point temperature of the discharge fluid can be precisely maintained.
