When you decide to replace a heat exchanger or sparger with a Hydro-Thermal direct steam injection heater, you will experience far less maintenance issues. We recommend a once per year maintenance schedule for proper replacement of wear parts.

• Unlike heat exchangers, our direct steam injection heaters need no monthly maintenance or cleaning because they never clog or foul.

You can be sure the Hydroheater^® will perform as designed for your process conditions. Should process conditions change from when the heater was sized and designed, you should notify Hydro-Thermal to be sure the heater will work properly under the different conditions.

Refurbishment of heater
Sometimes, significant component wear, due to abrasive conditions can cause decreases in steam heater efficiency. Our heaters can be refurbished on your site or returned to our plant to be rebuilt. A rebuilt Hydroheater carries the original 100% performance warranty as a new heater.
