What type of Hydroheater^® do you need?

Hydro-Thermal® direct steam injection liquid fluid heaters can be used to heat almost any liquid or slurry. Some heaters are capable of flow rates up to 25,000 GPM [5,678 m3/h], and can heat water or slurries to over 40% solids and are capable of  a temperature rise of 250°F [139°C] depending on steam pressure and other variables. Each heater is custom designed for specific operating conditions and carries a 100% performance warranty. We also offer several maintenance and training programs to keep the 3 way heating valve running at optimal levels.

Industrial Hydroheater

The workhorse of industrial fluid heat transfer, our industrial Hydroheater heats a wide range of liquids from water to heavy viscous slurries while replacing heat exchangers or sparge systems.

Volume capability	2 to 7,500 GPM [0.5 TO 1,703 m3/h]
Uses	Pulp and Paper applications, Biofuels, Starch Conversion, anaerobic digestion, cooking and more

Sanitary Hydroheater

A 3A approved industrial process fluid heater for food, beverage and cosmetic applications. It is manufactured of the finest stainless steel.

Volume capability	2 to 180 GPM [0.5 to 41 m3/h]
Uses	Food and Beverage Cooking, Cheese and Dairy production, sauces and pharmaceutical fluids.

EZ Heater®

When heating water for industrial uses, this affordable steam valve takes the place of more expensive heating methods. It is more accurate in hitting set-point temperature and more energy efficient than spargers or heat exchangers. The EZ Heater uses less parts and critical surfaces necessary for complicated fluid properties. It produces hot water on demand through varying conditions with exacting response. As with all our steam heating valves, it is patented technology revolutionary to the industry.

Volume Capability	2 to 600 GPM [0.5 to 136m3/h]
Uses	Large volume industrial water heating on demand, tank heating, tank filing, wash down, clean-in-place (CIP), sanitation, can topping, clean-up, cook pots.

Solaris® Hydroheater

This unique straight-through steam injection heater design can handle heavy slurries and medium consistency pulp stock and other slurries.

Volume capability	3 to 25,000 GPM [0.7 to 5,678 m3/h]
Uses	Medium consistency pulp stock, pulp bleaching, tomato paste cooking, anaerobic digestion, sludge heating, fibrous slurries, cellulosic pretreatment for Biofuels

Fluid Heating Systems

We provide customized and standard skidded industrial fluid heating systems featuring all of our 3 way heating valves and everything needed to cook, mix, pump and control your product. Water Heating Skids

Our standard EZ Skid™ utilizes the EZ Heater and is completely piped and assembled. All you have to do is add water, steam and electricity and you have hot water on demand.
