Direct Steam Injection can replace your heat exchanger or sparger in numerous applications before, within and after your plant process. Save on Energy, Time and Maintenance for your process fluids or water heating!  (click image to enlarge)

        1) The Sanitary Hydroheater is used to heat/mix frozen/ground
            meat and meat by-products
        2) Raw materials (cereals/grains/vitamins/minerals/dyes) are then
            mixed/heated by a Sanitary Hydroheater into the meat mixture
        3) The dye injection process may take place in #2, but can also
            be added after the mixture process and before the extruder;
            the Sanitary Hydroheater heats/mixes the powder dye(s)
            with water that is then applied to the meat/grain mixture.
        4) The Sanitary Hydroheater can be applied to the extrusion
            process in as many injection points as necessary.
        5) The flavor injection spray system needs a heated mixture to
            coat the outside of the kibbles. For flavors injected into the
            center or throughout the kibble, a Pre-Process Flavoring facility
            will provide powdered flavor mixes to be added into the
            heating/mixing stages (1-2).

ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS
6) The EZ Heater provides all necessary hot water for conveyer/belt
    cleaning throughout the plant.
7) Hot water is used in sanitation tunnels within the canning process
    to sterilize cans/packaging before product is added
8) The Industrial Hydroheater is used within the Digester for plant
    waste management.
9) A central hot water system can reach on-demand desired
    temperatures when using EZ Heaters
