Keep your SMART ENERGY investment™ heating fluids at peak levels without spending a lot.  The rebuild and refurbishment program gives you the option to renew the Direct Steam Injection Heater to it's original condition or better.  Since the patented Hydroheater is designed for specific fluid and steam operating conditions, and since processes or steam systems can change, refurbishing a Hydroheater is a great way to recheck that the system you are running is sized properly for your conditions. 

What do you need to do to refurbish a Hydroheater?

1. Call us - + 1.262.548.8900 (or US toll free - 800.954.2101).
    Ask for the customer service department.  You will receive
    a return authourzation number (RA number) or simply fill in
    this form and we'll contact you.

2. Send the Hydroheater back to us per written instructions
    you will receive.  Well inspect the heater and contact you
    with our recommendations.  At your authorization, we will
    rebuild the heater and return it to you in like new condtion.
    Rebuilt heaters carry the same 100% performance warranty
    as a new heater.
