Seafood Company needed hot water on demand

This seafood company replaced a sparging system because it needed to ensure continuous hot water at 120°F [48°C] for cleaning stations and dish washers. The sparging system could not keep up with the hot water demand and water temperatures often fluctuated out of the safety range.

The company installed the EZ Heater® to heat water from 60°F to 120°F [15°C to 48°C] on demand. Now, the cleaning stations never run out of water heated to the required temperature because of the design features of the Hydro-Thermal heater.This 3 way valve features a large turn-down capability and temperature rise, assuring hot water on demand.
