ATTEC eliminates "burn on", improving quality while reducing maintenance...
Inside a jacketed kettle, product can "burn on", causing loss of product, contamination, and heat transfer fouling. Those problems can in turn result in lower product quality, increased processing time, higher energy consumption, and more maintenance. The Hydroheater at the heart of the ATTEC system works by injecting steam directly into the product -- there are no heat transfer barriers onto which product can "burn on".

ATTEC heats more consistently...
Steam spargers in a kettle can produce hot spots that overcook product. Hydroheater has no sparger, and no resultant hot spots. Its combining tube can be adjusted to ensure steam contact with all slurry granules for complete, even heating.

ATTEC is more energy efficient...
With kettles, heat can be lost as steam escapes from the surface. Hydroheater is 100% energy efficient, using only the steam necessary to properly heat the product.
