Steam Valve Technology
Our smart steam valve with patented internal parts may look like any 3-way valve, but it precisely and efficiently injects just the right amount of high velocity steam into a process to achieve controlled and consistent fluid heating. Each Hydro-Thermal steam heater is custom engineered to the customer's exact process conditions and is warranted to work to those specifications.

Since 1963 Hydro-Thermal has held patents on our steam heating technology and currently holds several patents pending on exciting new heater technology. Our culture fosters innovation and encourages our engineers to continually develop new products and product enhancements.

Not only does Hydro-Thermal hold over a dozen patents, but our products are specified in systems developed by leading system integrators and are tied to over 60 of these off-shoot product patents.
